To generate your analysis we collect: your email address, the property ZIP code, the inspection documents you upload, and — if you choose to provide them — the property address, your agent's name, your plan for the property, and any context note you add. We also log your IP address briefly to prevent abuse of the free preview. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Your documents and details are used for one purpose: generating your report. Document contents are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis; Anthropic does not train its models on this data. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below as needed to run the product.
OptionDesk runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and encrypted file storage), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (document analysis). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Uploaded documents are automatically deleted from storage 30 days after upload. Your report (the generated analysis) remains available at its private link so you can refer back to it. Incomplete orders that are never paid for are deleted after 7 days, including any uploaded files. To request deletion of your report and account data at any time, email r.roberts8298@gmail.com from the address on the order and we'll delete it within 7 days.
Reports are accessible via a private, unguessable link tied to your order. Anyone you share the link with can view the report, so share it carefully. Report pages are excluded from search-engine indexing.
